As well as help people in the community get rescued from bugs with a 5 star pest control service. Finally we want to teach you how to earn more money than you can at an ordinary hourly summer job.

My name is Josh, I work for Pointe Pest Control and we are seeking people with little to no experience doing sales ages 16 and older who are eager to learn. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS for a Door-to-Door knocking job around the Suburbs of Philly, and New Jersey, so you can still live at your house, see your family, friends and still have a summer. Why should you try? The word “Sales” scares a lot of people but it is in all parts of life. Anywhere from persuading your boss for a raise, getting your friends to do the activity you want, asking someone on a date, getting people to vote you in as a student body officer and convincing people around to implement your ideas. What if you try it and sales isn’t your jam? Guess what you only will know if you try and if light walks, talking to people and making a lot of money isn’t your thing I'm sure the local fast food places/grocery stores are still hiring.

One of my favorite quotes is:

“You know, sometimes all you need is twenty seconds of insane courage. Just literally twenty seconds of just embarrassing bravery. And I promise you, something great will come of it.” and that has been my experience in life and sales as well.

We have three goals for this summer:

● We want to help you learn how to more effectively communicate and present your ideas and gain more confidence in yourself

● Help people in the community get rescued from bugs with a 5 star pest control service

● You earn more money than you can at an ordinary hourly summer job

This is a great opportunity for anyone 16 and older. Our average rep makes $4,000-$5,000/month. There will be monthly incentives in addition to your pay to earn anything from free meals to ipads to cruises. (If you had worked with us last year you would have had the money for those Taylor Swift tickets.) This is a 100% commission job. This job is outside going door to door so get your shoes and sunscreen and let's have a transformative summer together.

Must be able to pass a background check

Must be 16 years of age or older

Must have your own transportation to get to training and to the sales area and home.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best possible solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
• Create and implement sales strategies to increase sales.
• Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Provide customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Pay: $54,862.00 - $66,733.00 per year
